RIGHT HAND THROW VS. LEFT HAND THROW

Choosing the correct hand orientation is critical:

• Right Hand Throw (RHT) - Mitt worn on your LEFT hand, you throw with your RIGHT hand
• Left Hand Throw (LHT) - Mitt worn on your RIGHT hand, you throw with your LEFT hand

Important: Order based on which hand you throw with, NOT which hand you catch with. Most first basemen use a Right Hand Throw mitt (worn on the left hand). Left-handed first basemen need a Left Hand Throw mitt.
