Weighted softballs are 11" and 12" circumference with varying weights. Leather cover, white stitching. Weighted core. As you train, gradually increase the weight of the ball as you build strength in your throwing arm. Color coded cover indicates the ball weight (Regulation softballs are between 6.25 oz - 7.0 oz.)
